This policy applies to all users of the DLIA Platform, including buyers, sellers, and visitors. It forms part of the agreement between you and DLIA alongside our Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the standards of behaviour expected from all users of the DLIA Platform. It sets out what you may and may not do when using the DLIA app and website, and explains the consequences of violations.

We want DLIA to be a safe, fair, and trustworthy marketplace for everyone.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use the DLIA Platform to:

  • Browse and search listings of non-refundable bookings
  • Create a seller account and list genuine bookings you own
  • Purchase bookings listed by other users
  • Communicate with buyers or sellers about active or potential transactions via in-app messaging
  • Manage your account, profile, and notification settings
  • Submit KYC documents to become a verified seller
  • Contact DLIA support for legitimate enquiries
3. Prohibited Conduct - Listings and Transactions
3.1 Fraudulent or Fake Listings
  • Posting listings for bookings that do not exist, have already been used, or have been cancelled
  • Misrepresenting material booking details such as dates, names, venue, price, or transferability
  • Posting the same booking in multiple listings simultaneously
  • Listing a booking you do not own or have no legal right to sell
3.2 Prohibited Items and Bookings
  • Listings that are legally prohibited from resale under applicable law
  • Services, items, or content unrelated to the permitted booking categories
  • Stolen bookings or bookings obtained through fraud or deception
3.3 Price Manipulation
  • Artificially inflating listing prices through collusion with other users
  • Using fake bids or shill accounts to manipulate pricing
  • Engaging in price-fixing or other market manipulation
3.4 Fee Circumvention
  • Attempting to conduct transactions outside the Platform to avoid DLIA fees
  • Exchanging personal contact details or payment links in order to complete a transaction off-platform
4. Prohibited Conduct - Account and Identity
  • Creating an account using false identity information
  • Impersonating any person, company, or organisation
  • Submitting fraudulent, altered, or expired identity documents during KYC
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade a suspension or ban
  • Sharing account credentials with another person
  • Buying, selling, or transferring an account
  • Using another person's account without authorisation
5. Prohibited Conduct - Platform Abuse
  • Using bots, crawlers, or scrapers without written authorisation from DLIA
  • Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of DLIA systems or networks
  • Uploading malware, ransomware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or databases
  • Overloading DLIA infrastructure with excessive requests
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the DLIA app or website
  • Framing, mirroring, or scraping content from dlia.app without prior written consent
6. Prohibited Conduct - Messaging and Communications

You must not use the in-app messaging feature to:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, bully, or abuse other users
  • Send spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or chain messages
  • Solicit personal information from other users for illegitimate purposes
  • Share defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or hateful content
  • Coordinate or communicate about transactions intended to be completed off-platform
  • Share links to malicious websites or phishing pages
7. Prohibited Conduct - Illegal Activity
  • Fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
  • Consumer fraud, identity theft, or other financial crime
  • The resale of illegally obtained bookings
  • Violations of third-party intellectual property rights
  • Tax evasion or concealment of taxable income from Platform transactions
8. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, post, or transmit content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or deceptive
  • Infringes copyright, trade mark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
  • Depicts or promotes illegal activity
  • Contains personal data of third parties without consent
  • Violates any individual's privacy rights
9. Reporting Violations

If you believe another user is violating this policy, please report it to info@dlia.app with the subject AUP Report - [Brief Description].

Please include:

  • The username or listing URL involved
  • A description of the suspected violation
  • Any supporting screenshots or evidence

We treat reports confidentially and investigate promptly. False or malicious reports are not tolerated.

10. Enforcement
10.1 Actions We May Take
Action When Applied
Warning Minor or first-time violations
Listing removal Non-compliant or prohibited listings
Temporary suspension Repeated or moderately serious violations
Permanent account ban Severe, repeated, or criminal violations
Payout withholding Where fraud is suspected pending investigation
Legal action or referral to authorities Criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering
10.2 Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or a listing was removed in error, you may appeal by emailing info@dlia.app within 14 days using the subject line AUP Appeal - [Account Email]. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

10.3 No Guarantee of Review

We reserve the right to act on violations without reviewing every piece of reported content and are not obliged to provide reasons for content removal in all cases.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes may be communicated via the App or email. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
